Could somebody help me what to do: I tried to put a урю иснда outfit into the collection, but when I clicked on adding it, it disappeared, but wasn't counted.
Also, I wanted to buy a коробка с пирогом 41 уровня for points (from which you can receive 100 daily). The 300 were taken away, but I didn't get anything.

I think you just have to message the support and they'll refund/give it back to you, these bugs are surprisingly common

by the way, how do we retrieve the 100 daily points? i click 'em but a little message pops up and nothing happens, but sometimes it works, sometimes it doenst

The conditions of getting points are:

1) Fight on arena 5 times

or

2) Fight slotmachines at any map 5 times

or

3) Fight demon boss at any map 3 times.

are you sure? i did all of these and still doesnt work out.

Is there like a certain period of time i must try to retrieve it or something?

Just checked, did 5 arena fights, it works fine for me.
The only idea that comes in mind is that you already claimed points today.
Otherways it should work just fine.
