I don't think you can since "It`s a Russian-language game portal for Naruto, Bleach, and One Piece fans." but who knows :)

This is the Russian version of the game, the English language is not here, and, by agreement with the developers, it will remain only in Russian

Pockie Ninja was closed on December 31, 2013. If I'm not mistaken, ours is the only version of the game
