the item you have a problem with is a bankai experience crystal. if you cannot open it it is because you do not have any empty slots on the left hand side of your bankai area. if there are no empty slots it will not allow you to open the box. if you have already filled the left hand side with exp crystals you can either drag one down to the bottom to make room or drag a crystal from your bankai circle (the right had side of the bankai window) onto an exp crystal so that it will devour the exp. ссылка
