So I opened the latest rewards from the compensation we received and received 3 stones (Don't know what they are called). Now I've tried moving them to different spots in my bag but they wouldn't move. I tried putting them in the slot tab in the armoury, but it that didn't work. I've refreshed the page but that didn't do anything either. I also can't move any other items. How do I fix this?

Note: when I first opened the rewards I first received them as 'null', until the next day when they became an actual item box that gave me 3 random levelled gems.
