First you have to create new character on the correct server and lvup him to lv2.
Then you have to post transfer request message here (post new transfer request message, don't edit your old message) ссылка
In transfer request thread you should name your
1) login
2) your user_id
3) old nickname
4) old server
5) new character nickname
6) new server
And also add in the message that you already created character.

i created already but i level up it to level 23 when should i get my last character i want that not my new created character, please put back my last character so i can play better
