how i can put these on items? i have my helmet with 3 slots but i can't put them

i solved it.
now: why i don't get reward from 140 arena duels ? i got only 200 silver
i did it few hours ago and i still don't get the reward at lvl gift page
if i upgrade wings with this: ссылка
and put talismans and have 30% success rate and if it fails, it will remain with same + ? i have it right now +28
i don't want to fail and have it +0 ...

ссылка - is for weapon and armor.
If ypu upgrade wings- be careful, you have a chance to break it, if your wings are +30 and higher. If not - you only have chances to lvl down them. Use talismans to increase chances to success lvl up them.
