Hi, I used to play on server V5 (Kitsune) but also had small character on V4 (Thor) but have not played for a long time. I see that these servers merged (ссылка) but I cannot access Kitsune to move main character & cannot access younger character on Thor as both servers now move to new player page but say name is already in use which can only be my characters. I do not wish to start again please can you advise how I can access my old characters.
