I accidently have used the wrong type of stone to upgrade my outfit "the outfit you get for buying 200x Exp sachets + the +0 outfit for 399 gold" and because of the colour I couldn't tell I was using the right/wrong one because it didn't translate properly for me and would like to appeal if I could get my outfit back since I would have to pay for the gift again.

The outfit was +11 when I was trying to upgrade.

To upgrade outfit upto +11 you need to use Low purify stones
Contact support to get your outfit back.
